Tuesday, 25 March 2008
This committee develops and revises the St. Louis Association of REALTORS standard real estate forms and oversees the on-line provider company that host the forms for the Association. Contracts and Forms are the heartbeat of an agents business, therefore, keeping on top of current regulations locally and nationally are extremely important. The committee works with the Missouri Real Estate Commission, Members from the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and liaisons from other local boards, to ensure forms are accurate and up to date for our industry. The committee meets monthly, however, sub committees are appointed and meet on an as-needed basis when regulations or statutes change. New appointments to the committee are made each year by the current member president or by attrition. Seeking ways to educate the members about forms changes or content of a form has been a focus of this group. This past year the forms and history tracking sheet was created to inform the members of the validity of each form and comparison sheets were posted when forms were changed or revised. The tracking sheet and the comparison charts are posted on the Association website at www.stlrealtors.com.

Currently we do have a waiting list for members who are interested in joining the committee, however, you may join that list by calling Tessa Hultz, the staff liaison at (314) 275-7888.
